This morning I took a quick ride to Walmart to grab milk and high fructose free syrup....... It's a weird health decision w made and have pretty much stuck with...... Anyway when we got back......er I guess I mean me and the groceries or me and my personalities....... I made cinnamon raisin swirl French toast........ A great way to add a healthy crunch to the toast is after you dip it in the egg mixture you them dip it in a mixture of ground flax, crushed almonds, or whatever healthy stuff you have laying around..........
