We got up about 5am.... See that spot? It is the moon, the sun was nowhere to be seen! With temps hitting 104 before we were home, early AM is the only time to ride!

I was so glad to see the Siloam Springs sign.... This meant bathroom break! and food and cold water..... We went to a great little breakfast place.... $2.99 special with 2 eggs, bacon, great hash browns and toast!
It was too hot to think about pictures on the way back..... We stopped on the side of the road a couple times...... I knew we looked bad when one lady turned around in her car, pulled up, and asked if we had heat stroke! It is great that people look out for each other.... It did happen another time later on.... Picture 2 strange people in spandex :).... And 2 women still stopped for us! Our Thank You God moments were coming up a couple hills and receiving an amazing breeze... Almost chilly! Without it I'm pretty sure I would have sent Brad for the car long before reaching Tontitown!
