Yesterday was the Cycles & Sounds ride for Habitat for Humanity.... We signed up for the 50 mile ride..... but it ended up being mostly on city streets through Springdale & Fayetteville so once we all got through Springdale and back to Lewis & Clark everyone decided to take the Trail back to Jose's.... Yup the trail...... I've ridden it 50 million times....... I ended up wrecking banging up my knee, both wrists, and my elbow..... Kinda worried about the elbow because I can't do much with it... but I'll give it a couple more days..... So we ended up going 42 miles..... and I know that I need to do A LOT more training before October!
So a prayer for healing would be appreciated...... I need to get back on my bike asap!
