Here are some pictures from my roadie trip today.... First I went to my Dr. appt... Then to Arsagas for a snack..... Outside there was an interesting discussion between these two gentlemen about Arnold Schwarzenegger..... There is some great new progress happening on the trail.... I found my fabulous bike at Highroller Cyclery... We love them, and Phat Tire, and Lewis & Clark..... Everyone has a favorite bike shop.... a favorite bike brand..... The biggest thing is supporting your local businesses..... Bike shops are really active in their communities.... Shop Local! My last stop was Wilson Park.... A quick snap of me and my lovely bike :)..... Since I bought my bike on the 21st I've put almost 200 miles on it!.... I've started commuting to work (when it's not tooooo hot)... and I'm continuing to train for the tour de cure.....
